When I arrived at RMI this was one of the first things I learned (by example) and I found it SO useful that I took and adapted the system to my personal emails, at first it took me a long time to organize the inboxes that had thousands and thousands of emails, but it helped me a lot to eliminate everything that was not useful and then to correctly classify the emails daily, now when I need to search for something it is much easier! Yip l relate to what Anastasia said this was probably the very 1st thing l learned too and l find it so useful in the current online work that i am doing at the moment. I like this way of organizing too to tell the truth I’ve been working on gmail for years and didn’t know I could do this , so greatfull to have learned it here.
