OVERVIEW

RMIOU is a teaching university—in other words—we teach you and have built into our courses HOW TO TEACH. To use this website you must come to LEARN but also to TEACH. This includes when you learn something NEW—you must be faithful to GIVE BACK—IOU... you owe HIM, not us, to give to others who are building their ministries.

No matter what course you're taking, what lesson you learned from the website or what your Husband led you, your "test" is to follow the INSTRUCTIONS below at the end of your lesson in each course.

Students 🎓

PLEASE FOLLOW our 5 simple INSTRUCTIONAL Steps

STEP 1: Before RECORDING, remember to focus and speak to your audience.

  • These lessons are designed to teach women who are beginning a brand-new ministry or have a ministry that they are eager to grow.

STEP 2: PREP for your lesson

  • Follow the tips for a recipe from workers@home  Chapter 13 under Cookie tips: "Organizing your ingredients: Ladies, I put all my ingredients out in a row along the counter according to the order of use (left to right)." Do the same with your tabs...
  • Open up each tab (left to right) rather than opening it during your lesson.
  • Practice 2-3 times. You can film it and then refilm it.
  • View for PRIVACY: are you showing or revealing any information that should remain private— yours or others?
    • Example: showing your email inbox.

STEP 3: RECORD your lesson in your own language 🌐

  • Keep the mood of your lessons informal, transparent, and fun —show your personality.

STEP 4: Add your video to your YouTube Channel and ADD to your own "COURSE" playlist or simply an RMIOU playlist.

  • Leave a good description and corresponding links.
  • After it's added to the course, go back and add the bridged link to the course.
  • Include the playlist link to make it simple to find more lessons from this course.
  • Include your main RMIOU Channel link to make it simple to find more lessons from all your courses.

STEP 5: Post YOUR Praise

  • RMIOU INSTRUCTOR will first watch, approve and move the lesson to your existing course or to start a new course—and also so your instructor can watch and coach you should she see (or another RMIOU student) see a way to improve!

If selected, we will DOWNLOAD your video from your channel and upload it to our RMIOU Channel. Subscribe>>

***Remember, as you work through any and all our RMIOU courses, YOUR course may be selected and featured on RMIOU—and you can be recognized as one of our 👩🏻‍🏫 INSTRUCTORS.
