βœ… Depressed. Fallen into adultery, need help.

Dear Marriage Ministers, even though I was beyond excited when I posted https://rmiou.com/marriage-ministers-was-i-wrong/ thrilled we appeared to be embarking on something NEW and exciting, I am much less so since I've seen no activity whatsoever. Nevertheless, my Husband is prompting me to postpone dinner and post this less sensitive MEQ.

For each of you who is studying to be a Marriage Minister https://rmiou.com/mm/ we are giving you a unique opportunity to do Marriage Evaluations and also encourage women like this bride, who we hope (with your help) to motivate her to seek answers from her Husband, her Maker and to follow through by taking the course one and possibly even join IOU to study to help other women.

We must continue to post PRIVATE blog posts that allow only Administrators and Editors to view and comment until we have updated https://hopeatlast.com/meq/ giving them the option to give us permission to post their questionnaire discretely on IOU for all MM students at all levels of Marriage Ministers to read and encourage her.

So your assignment as before is to speak to your Husband and then leave a comment that includes promises He leads you to and also lessons you'd recommend and why (how did it minister to you). Keep it short but powerful by again, letting Him lead you!

I'm here:
Seeking restoration for my marriage.
What is your current marital status? Please be sure to choose the one that BEST describes your situation.
Separated: I am married, but my husband does not live with me.
Have you read the book "How God Can and Will Restore Your Marriage?"
Yes
How did you find our ministry?
Pastor
Now, please tell us about your situation and why you have come to us for help and what has your husband/partner said is the main issues or problems he has with you and your relationship?
In March 2020 my husband said he wanted out of our marriage. I started this free course back then but didn't finish it. On August 2021 my husband left completely without telling me and our children.I've been working on making myself happy for 3 years. I believe my husband's reason is disrespect and control all our marriage years. He says I "killed" his love for me.
Please use the space below to simply speak to God, in your own words, pouring your heart out to Him.
Lord. I'm still standing firm that you hate divorce and want to stay in obedience to you. I firmly believe that Only you can restore our marriage. I believe tge Word that says " whatever God has put together, let nothing or Noone seperate."
In order for us to minister more effectively to you, please check what concerns apply to you:

  1. Dear Bride, I know what you’re feeling because that’s how I got here. I was full of pain, sadness, bitterness and even hearing from some that God would restore my marriage, I arrived totally hopeless. But He welcomed me, took care of me, transformed me and has given me more of His love every day. And that’s what He wants to give you. He wants you to shine His unconditional love on, because His love has the power to heal everything. If you let Him mold you and transform you into the woman He has called you to be, the results will amaze you.
Then join the Victory! Start our courses (https://hopeatlast.com/rrr/), pour your heart into your Lesson Forms every day, and watch your life change forever.

    1. Marta Esther, thank you. Last night I spent a good portion of the evening in my Husband’s arms, disheartened by many things my Husband had revealed to me about the present state of RMI. 😒 Bless you.

I followed His lead and sent what you shared to this bride. I especially LOVE you were connected to your Husband because I’d forgotten that page existed!!

  2. Dear bride,
I understand your situation. I went through something similar when my husband said that he no longer loved me and that there was no magic between us at the beginning. I understand the pain, the loneliness, and the need to feel loved that pushes us to find a way to fill that empty, and dear, I can tell you that only the Lord could fill that void once I knew him intimately, His love completely healed my heart and led me to the most wonderful relationship that I have never experienced before. Only in his love is there fullness of joy, and this is the moment he wants to show you when He loves you!

The way he guided me on my restoration journey was by taking the FREE Hope@Last Courses https://hopeatlast.com, this is how my personal and later marital restoration began. And I can tell you I wouldn’t have made it if I hadn’t stayed encouraged on a daily basis with the blog https://hopeatlast.com/blog/ where I got to read how other ladies were going through their own trials during their own restoration journeys, which renewed my mind and gave me “practical” wisdom for my own trials.

My dear, there is hope for your marriage! My Beloved now reminds me of a testimony that can help you regain hope https://elanimador.com/testimonio-de-matrimonio-restaurado-seducida-por-cosas-vanas-y-sin-importancia/

    Much love.

    1. Such beautiful encouragement, I would love to add something:

      Dear Bride,
I have seen that you mentioned you are depressed. Depression can be a very dark place to be, I was there myself and contemplated a lot of dark thoughts, but He rescued me from my dark hole, and what helped me and I would suggest to you is: I read my Psalms and Proverbs daily. We have a reading plan for this, it takes about 20 minutes each morning, but it will be 20 minutes well spent. Here is a plan for how we do it:
      https://encouragingwomen.org/psalms-proverbs/

It is so important for you at this moment, to let Him heal you, because if you don’t take this time and allow for His Word to wash over you, once you have the restored marriage, it will be so difficult for you to not fall into old habits. Please read our lessons on HeHealedMe, you will love them:

  3. Dear Bride,

I would also like to share the following powerful testimony: https://hopeatlast.com/c1/d18-chapter-14-first-to-throw-a-stone/it-was-me/. Nothing is to big or to broken or impossible with God.

But like Yvonne shared, you need to let Him heal you right now and find Him as your Heavenly Husband who can fill the void inside. During this time pursue a intimate relationship with the Lord as your Husband and make Him your One True Love (https://loveatlast.org/finding-the-abundant-life/chapter-3-the-love-of-my-life/).

I would also like to share https://hopeatlast.com/thankfulness-therapy/ with you that is amazing in addition to reading the Ps and Prov each day.

  4. This assignment is CLOSED. THANK YOU!

I hope next time more of you will have the opportunity to minister.
