🎓 RMIOU Level 1 MTA "Minister Team Apprentice"

An Apprentice is ministering on our EncouragingWomen blog with comments and posted praises.

MTA will be moved up to Contributor on the websites and can add new posts and edit their own posts, but they cannot publish any posts; add categories and add tags. As Contributor your posts will be held for approval.

Blog Post Comments: Your ministering through comments will count toward your practical training:
*Contributor's comments will be held for approval.
*Contributors cannot approve any comments.
*Only editors (MTR) and administrators (PM) are allowed to approve comments.

How To Become an MTA:

Complete an 💔 Marriage Encouragement Questionnaire if you haven't done so yet.
Complete an IOU: 🎓 QuickStart Enrollment Application Form

After Registration:
Your Portfolio and 🎓 IOU Telegram Groups:

After registration you will receive a 💻IOU Student Portfolio with all your student information.
RMIOU's Dean will help you to set up your courses and Ministry Commitment Lessons in your portfolio according to your major:

2. 💗 Abundant Life Coach
3. 💔 Marriage Minister
4. 🌐 Multi-Language Minister
You will be added to our Student 🎓 Body page as an MTA.
You will be sent a link to join our Telegram 🎓IOU Student Group where you will receive notification regarding lessons and other student information. You will also receive a link to join one of our Student Small Groups. For more on Telegram: Telegram Messenger

After Registration:
Ministering on the different Websites as RMIOU Student:

STEP 1:

Please register as a user on the websites you want to minister on, for a list with links to all the websites, go to RESTORE MINISTRIES INTERNATIONAL.
As a RMIOU student, please also register on RMIOU.COM and RMIOUFT.COM
Update your profile with your Radiant Picture, BNN "Brand New Name" and Country Flag emoji, for example: Adina Jacobs MTA How do I update my profile?

After registering on the websites and updating your profile, you will be moved from SUBSCRIBER to CONTRIBUTOR.

STEP 2:

Start to complete your lesson journals. Any journals completed before enrolling with RMIOU will count towards your certification.
Leave your testimony or what you've learned from a particular lesson in the comment section below the lesson. To make it light and easy, copy the encouragement section from your journal and paste it as a comment.
Post praises as an Apprentice on EncouragingWomen.ORG and/or one of our other Language blogs, using the lessons that you do to encourage others. Remember to link the lesson to your blog posts along with 1-2 promises.

STEP 3:

Complete a 🎓 Ministry Student Monthly ✔ Check In on the 1st of each month.

As an MTA = Contributor you will also learn how to build your own blogposts on the websites, simply follow the following steps:

Register on RMIOUFT as a user.

After you registered as a user and updated your profile, send a email to [email protected] to be moved up to Contributor.

You will receive a RMIOUFT Certificate as a Contributor.

🎓 RMIOU Level 2 MTI "Ministry Team Interns"

MTI will be moved up to Author on the websites and can write, edit, and publish their own posts; also create and choose categories and add tags to their posts.

Blog Post Comments: Your ministering through comments will count toward your practical training:
*Author's comments will be held for approval.
*As Author you can view comments and approve comments of other authors and lower levels. You can also unapprove, edit and trash any comments already approved.
*Only editors (MTR) and administrators (PM) can approve and edit comments.

When you move up to MTI Level, you will receive a @rmiou.com office email as well as a BIO Page on RMIOU.

🎓To Move Up to MTI Level:

Completed any 8 of the available courses, plus Ministry Commitment Lessons 1-4.
Completed your lesson journals.
Left your testimony or what you've learned from a particular lesson in the comment section below the lesson.
Posted praises on EncouragingWomen.ORG and/or one of our other Language blogs, using the lessons that you did to encourage others and linking the lesson to your blog posts along with 1-2 promises.
Completed a 🎓 Ministry Student Monthly ✔ Check In on the 1st of each month.

🎓 IOU Level 3 MTR "Ministry Team Resident"

MTR will be moved up to Editor on the websites and has control over content: add, edit, publish, and delete any posts, plus moderate, edit, and delete comments.

Blog Post Comments: Your ministering through comments will count toward your practical training.
*Only editors (MTR) and administrators (PM) can approve and edit comments.

When you move up to MTR Level, you can make your own copy of the invoice spreadsheet and can apply to Opportunities posted on RMIOUFT and RMIOU as an Independant Contractor.

🎓To Move Up to MTR Level:

Complete any 15 of the available courses, plus Ministry Commitment Lessons 5-8.
Complete your lesson journals.
Left your testimony or what you've learned from a particular lesson in the comment section below the lesson.
Posted praises on EncouragingWomen.ORG and/or one of our other Language blogs, using the lessons that you did to encourage others and linking the lesson to your blog posts along with 1-2 promises.

🎓 IOU Level 4 PM "Practicing Minister"

PM = Administrator has full control of the websites backend.

🎓To Move Up to PM Level:

Graduated from RMIOU by completing all available courses and Ministry Commitment Lessons.
Completed all the course journals and ministered on the websites through comments and Praise Reports.
Each PM has been working with and is a Career Advisor to a Ministering Team Resident.

The definition of a Practicing Minister is a minister who has graduated from RMIOU and has completed the appropriate residency, proof that their training and competency requirements have been met and have gone above and beyond that minimal standard in a particular specialty or subspecialty by way of extra education and study, and is known by the fruits they have produced.

Once the RMIOU training is complete, both academically and by applying what each has learned within Encouraging Women, both administratively and ministerially, then the minister is already working fully in her own ministry online and/or locally as an:
