A chancellor is the leader, either ceremonial or executive, of many public and private universities and related institutions.

- Second-in-command at RMIOU
- Act as the chief executive officer and reporting to the chancellor
- As vice-chancellor she oversees academic and administrative departments.
- Depending on the university structure, individuals like deans, associate vice chancellors, AVC or other senior administrators would be considered "under" the vice chancellor.

- Make sure each student is on track to meet degree requirements

Career Advisers for MTR Students
- Assess student's interests, skills, and values (anointings)
- Explore student's potential career paths related to different majors
- Decide which classes students must take based on their career options
- Determines student's Ministry, Unique Overcoming Journey
Academic Advisors for MTI Students:
Check in with MTI periodically to keep the student moving and help them overcome what might cause them to dropout.
