Dear Students,
I have some amazing news!!! I was asked to renew my RMIOU LMF Contract for another year!
I am so excited to have a front row seat to witness what our Heavenly Husband is going to do in all of your lives this coming year!
One of the most amazing and rewarding things of being able to minister and encourage others is to see how our Beloved can change heartbreak into joy, rejection into unconditional love, and a broken life into the Abundant Life!
Working with all of you as RMIOU students is an amazing privilege and blessing and each one of you have a special place in my heart!
I want to share some of the things my Husband and I achieved since the first time we took on RMIOU together:
Planted:
- First thing my Husband showed me when I started was the portfolios. He showed me that the students don’t know how it works, so He led me to add the Welcome packs to the portfolios in ENG/ESP and PTG. Also changed the layout a bit and adding their certificates to their portfolios: (Certification and Graduation)
- He led me to create the Student 🎓 Body page
- He led me to create the 👩🏻🎓 Monthly Certification and Graduation page
- He led me to create the IOU WhatsApp Groups for English/Spanish and Portuguese (now on Telegram). The English group is also for French, Dutch and Afrikaans students.
- He led me to create a https://rmiou.com/check-in form to leave the responsibility of keeping track of the student’s progress on themselves.
- He led me to get the Mentorship Program started, but still Seeking Him regarding the program since there are not enough MTIs to assign to MTAs.
- WordPress Blog Post Training on RMIOUFT.com Yesterday, He also told me to give students a certificate for each completed level (MTA, MTI, MTR).
28 enrolment forms have been received since I first signed my FLM agreement.
20 certificates have been awarded since Oct/Nov 2023 (not counting MTMs who previously received their certificates). 👩🏻🎓 Monthly Certification and Graduation
Watered: The first few months was just my Husband and I working in RMIOU and RMIOUFT, sending out snippets to potential students, sowing and watering into the students, encouraging them to move forward. Now, we can start to work with those students who showed their hearts, like Hope and Atarah in RRR and MTR students on LoveAtLast.org.
Harvested: He recently led me to post this on EW: 🥳RMIOU Student Update as an update on the students. Danais MTA wanted to start fostering Italian, she is busy working through the https://rmiouft.com/wp-blog-training/ and Kateleen MTA has a heart to translate resources to Mauritian Creole and informed us yesterday that she got a laptop to start.
We will wait expectantly to see what He will do in the Orphan sites using the students.
Weeding: I have let students go who did not journal, update their portfolios, complete check-in forms or respond to assignments. I am working with ESP and PTG on this since they work more closely with the ESP and PTG students.
Each one of us have our own journey with our Beloved, sometimes we need some time alone on our journeys with Him. But if He leads you back at His appointed time, you can just complete the Enrolment Form again to be added to the active student list again. We would love to have you back!
To be a RMIOU Student, the following is required:
-complete your journals
-Minister through posting praises and commenting or replying to comments on praises
-Keep your portfolio updated
-Complete the monthly Check-in form.
There are also new assignments added to the portfolios, but I will post more about it next week.
Lastly, I just want to thank each student who answered her Husband's call to minister and share hope with other women who are desperate and heartbroken!

Terms of the Licensed Ministry Franchise agreement signed 9 MAY 2024:
Agreed to:
- to the length of LMF Licensing Franchise Ministry Leasing AGREEMENT:
- to give my Ministry back to RMI should my passion wane or wax cold allowing RMI to find new shepherds to feed His sheep.;
- to adhere to the requirements for book sales and distribution;
- to adhere to the principles taught at RMI primarily exhibiting a "gentle and quiet spirit" by keeping the Lord FIRST in your life and heart;
- to remain steadfast by being exclusive spiritually fed by RMI and the Lord directly i.e. the Bible alone;
- by the 10th of each month ALL tithes and offerings will be paid from any income in the form of donations.;
- by the 10th of each month ALL tithes and offerings will be paid from book sale profits;
- and that should we fail to tithe or give my 10% offering to RMI in any given month..;
- or we speaking against RMI, another minister or ministry or Erin or anyone one else publicly or privately..;
- I do hereby forfeit the right to my ministry, sell or use any further RMI books or any form of her resources.
- *If a Missionary, I agree to actively seek GOD for a Minister.
Wow that is so wonderful precious Adina, I am so grateful that your contract is renewed, all the work of our Darling Lord. When I started at RMI it was all Darling Lord’s work that I work under His and your guidance and I learnt so much and I am still learning every day and I am so grateful for what I am learning. Working with you is such a huge privilage and blessing. Our Darling really knows what He is doing.

I am so grateful dear Anastasia that he is using me (and all of you) to help train brides from all from “all tribes and peoples and languages” to spread the hope we found in Him!

He is amazing dear Jewel, the way He guides us and give us the wisdom that we need to do what He calls us to do. When I started with RMIOU He gave me this verse:
“Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding.” Proverbs 3:5.
I had no idea what I was doing (still don’t 😆), but I can do all things through Him that gives me strength.

Indeed, the way you carry the post about makes me think of my own “progress” since I join RMIOU…
I will discuss with my Beloved my own planted, watered, harvested and weeding in order to be focus on His process on my due to the fact that sometimes I feel overwhelmed for ‘not having progress’ or going to slow but having in mind that I am NOT in the same place I started months ago, might be useful and encouraging to get this analysis with Him.

Thank you, dear Mia, I had a wonderful Wise Woman who taught me how to look at my journey to see what I planted, watered, harvested and weeded since I started. I am forever grateful for everything I learned from Erin since I started on my journey at RMI almost 6 years ago. Our Beloved Husband graciously sends Wise Woman into our lives to guide us.
