None of our ministers felt adequate to begin to encourage and guide anyone when they first signed up. Yet did you know that ministering is simply about caring about someone else—just ONE woman!

Ministering is SIMPLY sharing what God has done in your life.

Ministering is sharing with others about HIS ability and desire to take the most hopeless of life's situations and turn them around for good—because we've seen Him do it in our own lives—and you will begin to see it in your life too once you focus on helping others!!

Whether He's brought you through health issues, financial struggles, or even marriage crises of your own—once you've experienced Him moving in your own life, and KNOW there is no way around your difficulties, you must go through difficulties—then you can help someone else through similar or any difficulties. Giving encouragement and the resources our ministry provides for free!

Ministering is simply helping just ONE woman at a time, encouraging her, and pointing her to the One who has all the comfort she needs and all the answers—like Anna (pictured left with Erin) in Buffalo, New York!Yes, even though it "sounds" so simple, you may still feel inadequate and ill-prepared. At this point, you are. That's why we offer our FREE courses. These online courses were designed to teach anyone how to help a woman going through a marriage crisis. This knowledge will allow you to gain the confidence you need, to provide you the tools we use, we've set up a very simple 6 Month Course of study, followed by a short internship. And at the end, you will be ready to have your own Online Ministry.

More importantly, we will help you find your unique and special calling, and, as we said, we will help you set up your own online ministry, providing you with our resources (eBooks, eCourses and eVideos) that will allow you to have an ongoing and increasing income the more women you help.

Hi, we're the ministers from Encouraging Women Ministries. We are a group of women who found RMI "Restore Ministries International" when each of us was abandoned or cheated on by our husbands. Through the books and videos of Erin Thiele, who is an author, motivational speaker, founder of Restore Ministries International, we went on to be trained by Erin through her online university, RMIOU.

Erin Thiele is the mother of seven children, her youngest three she calls her "restoration babies" since her marriage was restored in 1991.

God has blessed each of us to be trained, and He has seen fit to use all of us to continue helping to encourage and motivate hundreds of women (and men) through Erin's books that we use on our website and use to train ministers.

Erin's first books began with a distinctive style the Lord used to teach her—using the Bible ALONE to minister to the brokenhearted, each of us. Her passion led to our passion, which is to encourage ALL women, young & old, rich or poor, in every country and in many languages to seek the Lord in an intimate and passionate way to allow HIM to restore your life just as He has restored Erin's and our lives too!

We would love to share with you how you, too, can overcome every crisis through these means Erin taught us. Erin's testimony and ministry began when her husband left her for another woman and divorced her.

What we want to share with you is that in the midst of losing her life, she FOUND it—she became the Lord’s Bride. And the same happened to each of us. We know that He LONGS to have you as His bride just as much as He longed for Erin and each of us!

Comfort, comfort my people, says your God. (Isaiah 40:1)

Store up comfort. This was the prophet Isaiah’s mission. The world is full of hurting and comfortless hearts. But before you will be competent for this lofty ministry, you must be trained. And your training is extremely costly, for to make it complete, you too must endure the same afflictions that are wringing countless hearts of tears and blood. Consequently, your own life becomes the hospital ward where you are taught the divine art of comfort. You will be wounded so that in the binding up of your wounds by the Great Physician, you may learn how to render first aid to the wounded everywhere. Do you wonder why you are having to experience some great sorrow? Over the next ten years you will find many others afflicted in the same way. You will tell them how you suffered and were comforted. As the story unfolds, God will apply the anesthetic He once used on you to them. Then in the eager look followed by the gleam of hope that chases the shadow of despair from the soul, you will know why you were afflicted. And you will bless God for the discipline that filled your life with such a treasure of experience and helpfulness. Selected
